At Blythe, we want you to love your pieces. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we are here to help.

Return Window You have 14 days from the date of delivery to request a return or exchange.

Conditions for Return To be eligible for a return, your item must meet the following criteria:

  • It must be in its original, unworn, and unwashed condition.

  • All original tags and hygiene liners (if applicable) must be attached.

  • The item must be free of any odors, stains, or signs of wear.

Please note: Items marked as "Final Sale" or discounted promotional items are not eligible for return or exchange.

How to Start a Return

  1. Send an email to luviaaofficial@gmail.com with your Order Number and the reason for your return.

  2. Once your request is approved, we will provide you with the return instructions and the shipping address.

  3. Please note that return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, unless the item received was damaged or incorrect.

Refunds Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.

Damaged or Incorrect Items If you received a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at luviaaofficial@gmail.com with photos of the item, and we will make it right immediately.
